Australia and New Zealand Shipping
We ship our products with standard freight across Australia and New Zealand. You will be charged $9.95 per shipment, or free with a spend of $150 or more.
From dispatch, estimated delivery time is within 5 business days. We partner with carriers like Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, FedEx and Fastway.
International Shipping
All orders with a delivery location outside of Australia and New Zealand will also be charged $9.95, or free with a spend of over $150. From dispatch, estimated delivery time is within 5 business days as we have fulfilment centres around the world.
Note that this charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Wempy Dyocta Koto does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We partner with carriers like Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, USPS, FedEx, DPD, and Fastway.
Ensure a Safe Delivery
Please include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the exact date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Wempy Dyocta Koto will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.
Delivery Times
Wempy Dyocta Koto uses third party delivery services to deliver within 5 days after dispatch. This means that delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Order Communication
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed, you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return and Exchange Policy.
